  • Equipment serial number
  • Product dimensions
  • Connector or mounting configuration

Manufacturer names, trademarks, model numbers, machine names, and part numbers may be used for identification and compatibility reference purposes only.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, 4BTDiesel is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized distributor of the manufacturers referenced on this website.

Products may include genuine, OEM, aftermarket, replacement, remanufactured, or rebuilt parts as specifically described on the applicable product page, quotation, or invoice.

5. Quotations

Any quotation, price estimate, availability statement, shipping estimate, or similar communication from 4BTDiesel is based on the information available at the time it is issued.

Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the Customer.

If the machine model, engine model, part number, serial number, dimensions, shipping address, or other information supplied by the Customer is incomplete or incorrect, the Product quoted or supplied may not be suitable.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations may be revised or withdrawn before an Order is accepted.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an Order, you are requesting to purchase the Products listed in that Order under these Terms.

4BTDiesel may accept or decline an Order where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A Product is unavailable
  • Product or pricing information is incorrect
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Shipping restrictions apply
  • Customer information is incomplete
  • Product compatibility requires additional confirmation
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected

An automated Order receipt or payment confirmation does not necessarily mean the Order has been finally accepted.

An Order is generally accepted when we confirm acceptance, begin processing, prepare the Products for shipment, or ship the Order.

If an Order is canceled by 4BTDiesel after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued for the canceled portion.

7. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Product prices are displayed in the currency available on the Site or stated in the applicable quotation.

Prices, shipping charges, promotions, and availability may vary depending on the Product, destination, shipping method, warehouse, and time of purchase.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Product prices and shipping charges do not include:

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

8. Payment and Billing

Payment is required before shipment unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing.

4BTDiesel currently supports payment methods including:

  • Bank Transfer

Available payment methods may vary depending on the Customer’s country, currency, device, order value, and payment provider.

Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment service providers.

For certain card and digital wallet transactions, payment may be collected through AMOPARTS LIMITED, our authorized payment collection partner in Hong Kong. As a result, AMOPARTS LIMITED may appear on the payment confirmation, Stripe receipt, or card statement.

Bank transfer payments should only be made to the beneficiary account specified on the applicable quotation, invoice, checkout page, or official payment instructions provided by 4BTDiesel.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all amounts associated with your Order.

4BTDiesel does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers entered into secure payment fields.

If payment is declined, reversed, canceled, disputed, or cannot be verified, the Order may be delayed, canceled, or withheld from shipment.

If a Customer initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, or unauthorized transaction claim, 4BTDiesel may provide relevant Order records, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and transaction documentation to the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

4BTDiesel fulfills and ships Products from China to customers worldwide.

Shipment is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment confirmation
  • Order processing time
  • Carrier requirements
  • Customs procedures
  • Destination restrictions

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name, postal code, phone number, and any customs or tax information required by the carrier.

4BTDiesel is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information supplied by the Customer.

Processing dates and delivery times shown on the Site or provided by our sales team are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, address verification, Product handling time, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will normally be provided after shipment by email or through another available communication channel.

10. Risk of Loss and Title

Ownership of Products passes to the Customer only after full payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage during transportation will be determined according to the applicable shipping method, delivery terms, carrier rules, and applicable law.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrect, please contact 4BTDiesel promptly and provide relevant photographs, video, packaging information, and shipping documents where requested.

11. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an Order has entered processing, production, rebuilding, procurement, or shipment.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun.

Special-order, customized, rebuilt, remanufactured, or made-to-order Products may not be canceled once production, procurement, rebuilding, or preparation has started.

If an approved cancellation occurs after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method and Order status.

12. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and related after-sales requests are governed by the applicable 4BTDiesel Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers must contact 4BTDiesel before returning any Product.

Products returned without authorization or without following the provided instructions may be rejected, delayed, or returned to the sender.

Eligible returns should generally be requested within 30 days after delivery, unless a different period is stated for the Product or transaction.

Products must normally be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition to qualify for a customer-requested return.

Certain Products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Special-order Products
  • Customized or made-to-order Products
  • Opened rebuild or overhaul kits
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Products modified by the Customer

Return shipping charges, restocking fees, original shipping charges, and other applicable return conditions are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, Order status, Product inspection, and applicable law.

13. Warranty and Product Support

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the Product, manufacturer, supplier, Product condition, and specific purchase terms.

Where applicable, the warranty period and coverage will be stated on the Product page, quotation, invoice, warranty document, or other written communication provided by 4BTDiesel.

Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage generally applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty coverage does not normally apply to:

  • Improper maintenance
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Unauthorized disassembly

To evaluate a warranty claim, 4BTDiesel may request:

  • Product information
  • Machine or engine information
  • Photographs
  • Video
  • Diagnostic information
  • Installation records
  • Return of the Product for inspection

If a warranty claim is approved, 4BTDiesel may provide repair, replacement, refund, replacement parts, or another reasonable solution according to the applicable warranty terms.

Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, warranty coverage does not include labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic costs, machine downtime, rental equipment, loss of production, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential losses.

14. Installation, Use, and Safety

Products should be installed, inspected, serviced, maintained, and used by qualified personnel.

Customers are responsible for following applicable manufacturer manuals, installation instructions, torque specifications, fluid requirements, safety procedures, equipment requirements, and applicable laws.

Incorrect installation, maintenance, operation, or application may result in Product failure, equipment damage, personal injury, or loss of warranty coverage.

If you believe a Product may present a serious safety issue or defect, stop using it where appropriate and contact 4BTDiesel promptly.

15. Promotions, Coupons, and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, coupons, free-shipping offers, and other special offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, quantity limits, regional restrictions, or Product exclusions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be applied retroactively
