Shipping Options

4BTDiesel offers the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Ground
  • 3-Day Select
  • Second-Day Air
  • Freight Carrier

For any questions regarding your order or delivery times, please call us at +852-59189938.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day.

Some orders may require additional time for shipping due to stock availability or assembly. These situations are uncommon, and a 4BTDiesel representative will contact you if your order is delayed.

4BTDiesel works with a variety of shipping carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

We select the best carrier for your order based on location, delivery requirements, and shipping cost.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your invoice the following day. Tracking information will appear in the upper-right corner of your invoice.

FAQ: Why Won’t My 2-Day Shipping Order Arrive on Saturday?

Shipping companies like FedEx and UPS do not always deliver on Saturdays. If you need Saturday delivery, you must select and purchase Saturday-Delivery shipping by calling 4BTDiesel at +852-59189938.

Shipping to International Locations

  • Shipments are handled from our China warehouse.
  • Transit times and shipping rates may vary depending on location and carrier availability.
  • Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers outside China are responsible for return shipping on any returns.

Holidays

  • International shipping may be affected by local holidays or increased carrier demand. 4BTDiesel will contact you if your order is delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

Refunds may take up to 4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee and applicable return shipping charges.
  • Items under $30 are not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability. Call +852-59189938 for details.

Return Requirements:

  • Parts must be in original packaging.
  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Parts must be unused and in resalable condition.

Rebuild Kits:

  • Open kits are not accepted.
  • Minimum return shipping charge of $250.
  • Rebuild kit returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  • Shipping labels and instructions will be provided.

International Customers:

  • Prepaid shipping labels are not provided.
  • Customers outside China are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returning Diesel Engine Core Parts

If you purchased a remanufactured diesel engine part, it may include a core charge. This ensures manufacturers receive your old part. Once the core is returned and accepted, the charge is refunded.

Core Charge Example:

  • Purchase a turbo for $1,000 with a $500 core charge.
  • Total at purchase: $1,500.
  • Return the old turbo, and receive a $500 refund, bringing the total back to $1,000.

How to Ship Your Core

  1. Drain fluids from the unit.
  2. 4BTDiesel will email a return authorization form and prepaid shipping documents. Print and include them.
  3. Prepare the core for shipping: clean, dry, and place it in the original box with the authorization form. Tape, palletize, or band securely.
  4. Place shipping labels on the package. Include the bill of lading if supplied.
  5. Ship within 45 days of receiving the paperwork.
  6. Once accepted, you will receive a refund via your original payment method (typically 3–4 weeks).

Shipping Guide – What You Should Know

Carriers:

  • Small items typically ship via UPS.
  • Heavy items (>150 lbs) ship via truck freight with FedEx, R&L, SouthEastern, Holland, Pitt Ohio, or ABF.
  • Carrier choice depends on location, delivery capabilities, and cost.

Handling Time:

  • Orders before 2:00 PM usually ship the same day.
  • Some rebuilt items or rebuild kits may require extra handling days.

Tracking:

  • Invoices with tracking numbers are emailed the day after shipment.
  • Track UPS directly via Google or freight carriers via their websites or PackTrack.

Shipping Delays:

  • Delays can occur due to customs, bad weather, or incorrect addresses.
  • 4BTDiesel will contact you if delays occur.
  • Refunds may be issued by carriers if delays are their fault, and 4BTDiesel will forward any credits.
