Shipping Options

4BTDiesel offers international shipping by express courier and freight services, depending on the product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • International Air Freight
  • International Sea Freight

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Some products, including rebuilt, remanufactured, special-order, or made-to-order items, may require additional processing time. If additional processing time applies, it will be shown on the product page or confirmed by our team.

4BTDiesel works with a variety of shipping carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

We select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination, shipment size, delivery requirements, and shipping cost.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Tracking details may also appear on your invoice.

Shipping to International Locations

  • Shipments are handled from our warehouse in China.
  • Transit times and shipping rates vary depending on the destination and carrier availability
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or in writing.

Tax ID Requirements for U.S. and Certain European Shipments

A valid tax identification number may be required for orders shipped to the United States and certain European destinations.

Depending on the destination and carrier requirements, customers may be asked to provide a valid business or personal tax identification number, such as an EIN, VAT number, EORI number, or another locally recognized tax ID.

If available, please enter your applicable tax ID at checkout. Providing the required customs information may help avoid order processing or customs clearance delays.

Tax identification may be required by customs authorities or shipping carriers for certain destinations. If the required information is not provided at checkout, we may contact you before shipment, and your order may be delayed or held until the applicable customs requirements are satisfied.

Holiday Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to local holidays or increased carrier demand. Where practical, 4BTDiesel will provide updates if we become aware of a significant shipping delay.

Returns & Exchanges

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by 4BTDiesel. Return instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.

  • Eligible customer-requested returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable return shipping charges.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact +852-59189938 or sales@4btdiesel.com for assistance.

Return Requirements:

  • Parts must be in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • Parts must be unused and in resalable condition.

Rebuild Kits:

  • Open kits are not accepted.
  • Rebuild kit returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.
  • Return instructions will be provided after the return is approved. Any applicable return shipping arrangements and charges will be confirmed before return.

International Customers:

  • For customer-requested international returns, prepaid return shipping labels are generally not provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or eligible defective item supplied by 4BTDiesel.
  • Please contact us before returning any product to obtain the correct return address and instructions.

Returning Diesel Engine Core Parts

If you purchased a remanufactured diesel engine part, it may include a core charge. This ensures manufacturers receive your old part. Once the core is returned and accepted, the charge is refunded.

Core Charge Example:

  • Purchase a turbo for $1,000 with a $500 core charge.
  • Total at purchase: $1,500.
  • Return the old turbo, and receive a $500 refund, bringing the total back to $1,000.

How to Ship Your Core

  1. Drain fluids from the unit.
  2. Contact 4BTDiesel for a return authorization and shipping instructions before returning the core. Where applicable, shipping documents will be provided.
  3. Prepare the core for shipping: clean, dry, and securely package or palletize it according to the provided instructions.
  4. Attach the required shipping documents to the shipment.
  5. Ship the core within 45 days of receiving the return authorization unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Once the core is received, inspected, and accepted, the applicable core refund will be issued to the original payment method or another agreed payment method.
